Why would anyone agree with you to stunt on his property??? He has no interest from that. 

But ok, let's just say he agreed with the contract... but what about making noise? What about neighbours? Everywhere i go to practice, i have been excluded for making noise. People don't like to hear us on sunday morning making noise... that's the fact... 

I know... you will say, find another spot (industrial area is perfect) where is not so much people to annoy... but here in Croatia is almost immposible to find such spot, or it is too far away from our home... So... i just wanna say, this contract maybe works in the USA... but here in Croatia 90% of people will call you idiot and moron... This 10% are exceptions...
