well yopu can mod EVERYTHING!

 braking sistem, shock system...  but for starters its importante to have naked steering... will help you a lot... with the time u'll start noticing things that you need on scooter or that are in your way... so u'll set it up the way you like.  Its hard to say to someone else how to make something cuz every rider has his own prefrences...

i can only advise you to look at DOPPLER seering and stage6 braking system
