yup they are...but not cuz it was tuned... its a long story ;)

anyways... derbi is a bit heavy yes... but it has incredible way of doing stoppies on any surface..and wheelies are much nicer cuz of rear fork thingy...

besides... people stunt with 250 kg oldR bikes =))
