45° manifold

i have problem with 45°polini manifold on my zip, when i put it on scoot, it wont start, than i put gasoline in cylinder directly and the minimum gas is so strong that it starts going without throttle, between block and manifold i have made, i think it's called gasket i'm not sure, so air doesn't come in, everything is how it soul be, 

setup is:
malossi sport
mf power-i have tp nardo, just have to put it
carb. dell'orto 19bs, main jet 80, 
open air filter top performance
