slider rear brake disc and 12 bar

Hello,

Im new here, 
My name is Gilad and Im from Israel .


I have a few questions for you guys,

How can I fit a rear brake disc and caliper in the sliders (drum brake) ?
How can I make a 12 bar ?  got any tips or sketch ?
