got my new bike

got a gilera runner saturday its got a 70cc polini sport kit leo vince tt and polini open air filter going to fit a 20.5mm carb on it should i get a 45 degree manifold for it got my wheelie bar being made up also does anyone know where the balancing point is on a runner i cant find it at all
