Yamaha Aerox 100cc whit rear disk brake

Hi all, I was watching videos on the Internet how stunters with aerox air cooled make some tricks and it makes me think that are 100 cubic meters, but so far I have not encountered such a bike with original rear disc brake. Any mode or do you have some other trickery :) let me know and who can help me because nothing I could find on the Internet
