After a lot of problems with booster i have made a some changes about a fairings and engine stuff.. tuned cylinder with 42mm piston , malossi multivar , polini carbon reeds , leovince sp3 exhaust.. i hope there will be tp nardo exhaust soon.. and thats it about engine.. i have tried to put sliders but there is problem because , i tried to mount it on frame holders for fairings but it's not strong enough .. i will make something.. so there are some pictures and videos of project.. i hope that update will be soon..more pics and clips..

i saw your article about sliders .. nice job.. mounts looks very very strong .. i will make same thing on my scoot.. i wanted to mount sliders on this mounts but it's very weak ..

that mbk booster is great for stunt, but find some other exhaust, you would be surprised how faster would it go!

On my zip i had some shitty mf power and when I've put tp nardo it started to go like wild, and on zip i have malossi sport, multivar, delta clutch, dell'orto 19 + rear disc, and it doesn't weight so much, about 65kg, it's even lighter than booster, real stunt machine :twisted:

yes if you wanna just stunt on some parking and later drive like a lady, but to me is not everything in stunting, because when we go for a ride it's sure not a lady driving :twisted:

i will put another exhaust.. this runs fine for this setup .. i planned to put 70cc , and other stuff and then i need longer gearbox because booster have short gearbox and top speed is about 75kmh, that setup is good for stunt , have much power at low revs and on start but on higer revs and speed it doesnt have power ..

you won't need longer gearbox, longer gearboxes are put only on some high end or high midrace setups, i mean if you want you can put it but for stunting it's not good, specially for some base 70cc, and now it hasn't that low high speed because of gearbox, it's low because the engine is too weak for higher speeds, and if you would now put some longer gearbox you would need much more time for about 5km/h higher top speed...

a wanted to put gearbox from standard minarelli engine like aprilia sr , aerox that have normal gearbox.. because this is minarelli short gearbox.. but for now its oke for stunt , i'll only put exhaust and keep practicing..

finally i bought some parts .. giannelli gsp exhaust , Airsal t6 47.6 cylinder , new handlebar , and i found some pictures of 12 o'clock bar , and i hope that will be finished soon.. here are the some new pictures
