Hello can you tell me plz for what is good the tuning inner rottor from malossi what does it help higher rpm or what ? i can't figure it out

innerrotor cuts off the electrical system on your scooter so with this kind of ignition the lighting set is disconnected...
but this is only for race track, 10 000 rpm or high innerrotor
