i have problem with 45°polini manifold on my zip, when i put it on scoot, it wont start, than i put gasoline in cylinder directly and the minimum gas is so strong that it starts going without throttle, between block and manifold i have made, i think it's called gasket i'm not sure, so air doesn't come in, everything is how it soul be,

setup is:
malossi sport
mf power-i have tp nardo, just have to put it
carb. dell'orto 19bs, main jet 80,
open air filter top performance

and when you switch back to normal mainfold its oke?

yes, i tried to do something with that little screw for minimum gas but nothing, it was the same when i would put this manifold on my nrg, i though it was because of gasket, than i put the gasket sealer and it same, the manifold is like new

tell me something,I have to buy the 45 mainfold,but the shit is very expensive,60€ for a piece of rubber...so is there any other option to modify the originial mainfold or i will have to buy the new one :evil: :?:

no lol... got them here... works like a charm... but i dont use it... i have original one.. but my tank is modded so it works good on twelve...

runner got the tank in front,so it shouldnt be a problem, but the scoot is shoting down anyway,so I think I have to put on the 45 mainfold
