when im making sliders i weld a metal rond inside the plastic to the chaisis... and its under plastics... then on plastic i drill a whole... and there i screw sliders into that welded metal rod...

this kind of slider I`ll use only on front plastics which dont take direct hit... bike will have 3 pairs of sliders 2 pairs made of plastic pipe and filled with silicon ruber and fixed (welded or screwed) on chasis... and third pair made of these wheels will just protect paint on front plastics..

here is blueprint...i hope you will get point...

yeah i understand now Wink

yes that could work...

but i like to make rod carriers on front plastic also cuz then you can hang to your legs around them when doing a 12 bar sliding Wink

which alu cylinder are you planing to put, and you should buy some better exhaust, not zx, cause zx is not good enough for any alu cylinder, and as waynder said that 21 carb is too big, 19 would be perfect for alu, and even 17.5 would be good but i belive 19 is better Wink

no more messing around Smile I give up tuning 50ccm peugeot engine. So I bought 100ccm engine from sf2 with disc brake. At the moment I have problems with key code but i will make it work in few days Smile then im going to put it on my viva Smile 80kg and 100ccm should give good performance. I bought 2 new discs and whole rear brake sistem. Smile

In future im planing to put mutivar and there will end my engine tuning.
Also i dont like front look of my scoot and im looking for solution..

I was really lazy and i still didnt put sliders and good bar. I hope i will find some time to fabricate it.

here is a baby Smile
