your english is fu*king un-understandable
1kW is 1,36 HP, so your scooters are alowed to have only 0.186HP?
those regulatons are disaster, how is that posible? you would be faster on a bicikle- i see the point now- more bikes less motorbikes

What are you talking about?? Can you even count on your fingers man? "1kW is 1,36 HP" if that is right... how can then 0.6 KW be 0.186HP? That is not correct, Your HP is more then your KW...and that's it!
In sweden your allowed to drive 45km/h but you can drive up to 54km/h before getting cought for tuning.
You also need a driving licens for "eu-mopeds" to drive them.

I don't see that as something good though There should be some regulations, but mopeds that can't keep up with traffic is just stupid

The best part in all of these tickets is.... "...doing a wheelie while disturbing pedestrians on a airplane runway..." LOL
I remember one chase with da cops...It was in center of my city...cop (in a car) chased us, and we ran away... He followed us everywhere (dumbass), until we ran down the stairs with our scoots We thought we escaped him, until he apeared in front of us (the stairs was steps-flat-steps). Believe me or not, we turned our scoots up the stairs and ran as fastest we can... afterwards we hided in some garage for about 15 minutes...and then resumed driving through da city.
I can't explain it good in english but it was quite an adrenalin chase
