you did completely wrong thing, first that cyl is too strong for stunting and free riding, than 17.5mm carb is too small, at least 19, 21 would be even better, exhaust is ok, 6g rollers??? - i have tpr fith roost and i have 3.3gr lol, you need aubout 3,5gr rollers, than if you don't have multivar or some other sport vario you have to buy it, than clutch - delta clutch is the best and put malossi mhr blue springs, and that's it

so i got a question. why so light of rollers? when i played with rollers lighter sucked for me. i have 7.5 in my elite and it hauls ass the second i give it gas all the way to top speed(45mph / 72 kph ).
i put 5's in it once and it wouldn't go over 25mph ( 40 Kph) and take off wasn't that good. How ever im my geely ( big ass 4-stroke thing ) 5 gram rollers worked great. whats the deal?

well, it's not so simple, if is the matter of 70cc cyl, when is stronger cyl go lighter rollers, and tpr is very powerful cyl, than, it depends which scoot you have, on minarelli engines go lighter rollers than on the piaggio engines etc.

i got a up right engine on my dio. ill be getting a 72cc CMR (not super strong but good ) bore kit, gear change and a few add ons. im not sure what to do roller wise.
every were on this site it says lighten up those rollers to like 3.5 - 4.5 and stuff like that. is that for stunting or period? although my dio is going to be my street rocket and not much of a stunting toy i would like to know. im thinking of turning my other elite into a stunting bike.

also thanks for the help.

well, i don't know much about that your engine because scoots like yours are very rare here, so i would recommend you, since you don't know which rollers to use, buy one or two different rollers, and than you see how it's going, if it's to slow and going on low revs, and bad acceleration etc. you need lighter rollers, and if it's going in too high revs and not going fast as it should you should buy heavier, i suggest you to buy about 5gr because it's some kind of middle weight for some 70cc 2t cyl Wink

ok i just order my parts today. they (VTcycles.com ) (best place to get moped parts in USA) gave me a few freebies. one of the things was a set of rollers. 7.5 gram.i might want to try other things once i get it broke in.
they said with my set up 7.5 should be the best. heavier or lighter rollers would just affect the acceleration. I still think i might try lighter weights later on. like i say thanks for all your help.
